Building Robin, Penacony's charismatic support, is refreshingly straightforward because her entire kit scales with Attack. Her ultimate, Vox Harmonique, triggers the Concerto state: it advances every ally's action forward, grants a team-wide damage buff for one turn, and then deals additional physical damage after each ally attack—all based on Robin's own Attack stat. This makes stacking Attack your primary goal.

Best Light Cones

Robin's signature five-star, Flowing Nightglow, is the top choice. Whenever an ally attacks, the wearer gains a Cantillation stack (up to five), each boosting energy regeneration by 3%. On using the ultimate, stacks convert to Cadenza, granting the wearer +48% Attack and the entire team +24% damage for one turn. If you don't have that, Bronya's But the Battle Isn't Over (energy regen and follow-up damage) or Ruan Mei's Past Self in the Mirror (team damage on ultimate) are solid alternatives. For a four-star option, Memories of the Past provides a break effect boost and regenerates four energy on attack, helping you spam her ultimate.

Relic Setup

Equip two pieces of Musketeer of Wild Wheat and two pieces of Prisoner in Deep Confinement—each gives a +12% Attack bonus. Avoid speed-oriented sets like Messenger Traversing Hackerspace; Robin's ultimate already advances actions, making extra speed redundant. Stat priority: Attack on body and feet, with an Attack or Physical Damage sphere, and an Attack or Energy Regeneration rope. Lean toward Attack on the rope because Flowing Nightglow, her Sequential Passage trace, and Tonal Resonance talent already provide ample energy regen. You can also invest a little in HP for survivability.

Planar Ornaments

Fleet of the Ageless is the recommended two-piece set. It boosts HP and provides a partywide Attack bonus if you reach 120 speed. Avoid Broken Keel—it requires effect resistance, but Robin is immune to crowd control during Concerto, diminishing its value. For the sphere, choose Attack% or Physical Damage; for the rope, Attack% over energy regen unless you want a faster ultimate rotation.

Ascension Materials and Farming

To fully ascend Robin you'll need:

• 15 Dream Collection Components
• 15 Dream Flow Valves
• 15 Dream Making Engines
• 65 IPC Work Permits
• Approximately 300,000 credits

Farm Dream components from Dreamjolt Troupe enemies in Penacony or via the golden calyx for credits and XP books. The IPC Work Permits are obtained exclusively from the Stagnant Shadow: Clock Studios Theme Park, available from version 2.2 onward. Keep an eye on your credits—they're quickly spent during ascension.
