INDIANAPOLIS -- general manager John Schneider still hasn't gotten any more clarity on 's future.The running back is taking his time to decide if he wants to return to the NFL next season. Schneider was asked Matt Szczur Jersey if he'd be surprised if Lynch walked away. "You know? Not really," he said Thursday at the NFL . "He's a guy that kind of beats to his own drum. He does what he wants. He would never let you know one way or the other. There's been a lot of great running backs that have just walked away. So I have no idea." asked Schneider if Lynch does decide to retire how that will change the ' offense. His immediate response: "Bam. Wow," as if he'd been hit with a punch. "We'll have to adjust, but we have to do that at every position, so we constantly have models and plans for what's coming," he said. "We'd just have to move forward with Plan B." Schneider said he has confidence in and taking on the load if Lynch calls it quits. "I like both of those guys, they just haven't had a ton of opportunities yet," Schneider said.
