Within the Thailand Dermal Fillers Market , hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers hold the largest share, reflecting their versatility, safety profile, and reversibility. HA fillers are used for a wide range of applications, including lip augmentation, cheek enhancement, nasolabial fold correction, and under-eye rejuvenation. Their popularity stems from their natural compatibility with the body and the ability to reverse results if desired. Leading HA filler brands such as Juvederm and Restylane are widely used in Thailand.

While HA fillers dominate, calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) and poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) fillers are gaining traction. CaHA fillers, such as Radiesse, provide immediate volume and stimulate collagen production for longer-lasting results. They are often used for deeper wrinkles and facial contouring. PLLA fillers, such as Sculptra, work by stimulating the body's own collagen production over time, providing gradual, natural-looking results. These fillers are popular for treating volume loss and for full-face rejuvenation.

Other types of fillers, including polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) and autologous fat, represent a smaller segment. PMMA fillers are permanent and are used for specific indications, while autologous fat grafting involves using the patient's own fat for volume restoration. These options are less common but are offered in specialized clinics.

The choice of filler depends on factors such as the area to be treated, the desired result, and the patient's skin type and age. HA fillers remain the most popular due to their versatility and safety, but the growing demand for longer-lasting and collagen-stimulating effects is driving the growth of CaHA and PLLA fillers. The market is also seeing a trend towards combination treatments, where different types of fillers are used in a single session to achieve comprehensive facial rejuvenation.

The increasing availability of a wide range of filler types, including those with different viscosities and cross-linking technologies, allows practitioners to tailor treatments to individual patient needs. This trend towards personalization is expected to continue, with manufacturers developing new formulations that offer improved safety, longevity, and natural-looking results.
