All New Unique Diablo 4 Items Coming in Diablo 4 Season 12

Blizzard has confirmed the following five Uniques for Season 12:

1. Blood-Mad Idol - Unique Amulet (All Classes)

Unique Affix: You are always Berserking but Diablo 4 Items take 200% increased damage as Burning over 8 seconds. While Burning, Berserking grants an additional 75-125% increased damage.

Blood-Mad Idol is a high-risk, high-reward item that will appeal to aggressive players. Permanent Berserking offers massive damage potential, but managing the Burning drawback will be key to using this amulet effectively.

2. Wendigo Brand - Unique Ring (All Classes)

Unique Affix: Every 15 kills in the last 30-60 seconds increases your damage dealt by 2% and Maximum Health by 1%.

This ring strongly favors fast-clearing builds and rewards momentum-based gameplay, making it ideal for speed farming and high-density content.

3. Rustbitten Dirk - Unique Dagger (Sorcerer, Druid, Rogue, Necromancer)

Unique Affix: Deal 50-100% increased damage to isolated enemies.

Rustbitten Dirk offers exceptional single-target scaling, making it especially attractive for boss-focused builds and elite hunting.

4. Wyrdskin - Unique Gloves (All Classes)

Unique Affix: Attacks apply Vulnerable to Distant Enemies and Weakened to Close Enemies. Deal 10-30% increased damage to enemies affected by both.

Wyrdskin provides universal debuff utility, making it one of the most broadly useful Uniques introduced in recent seasons.

5. Thousand-Eye Reaver - Unique One-Handed Axe (Barbarian, Druid, Necromancer, Paladin)

Unique Affix: Moving grants Ferocity, increasing its maximum stacks by 1-3. Ferocity also increases Movement Speed by 4-8% per stack.

This weapon rewards active movement and synergizes well with aggressive melee and hybrid builds.
